Now that you've scheduled a call with us, you can expect the following:

We understand that embarking on a home project can feel overwhelming, but with TPC Construction, you're in capable hands. Our design-build process ensures your vision becomes reality without the typical headaches. Here’s how we make it happen:

1. Appointment Confirmations: You will be receiving a confirmation text from our scheduling software, as well as reminder texts prior to your appointment. You will also receive a text message directly from Ben, the estimator and licensed builder here at TPC whom you will be meeting with. Please reply to this text with any pictures, narrated videos, or any other details of your project. This helps prepare Ben for the phone call. 

2. Initial Consultation Call: You and Ben will briefly discuss your project, and schedule a free on-site estimate for Ben to come visit.

3. Free Onsite Estimate: You can count on us to show up on time! Ben will gather pictures, basic measurements, and review/understand the scope of work you would like completed. Within 2 business days, Ben will email you an estimated price range we expect your project to fall within after design and planning.
4. Detailed Planning &  Transparent Budgeting: We offer Design & Planning services, allowing you to work with our team to finalize designs and materials and refine your budget before you commit to starting the project.
5. Expert Installation: Our skilled team works diligently every business day until your project is complete to get your project done in a timely manner, and you can enjoy your space again.
6. Lifetime Relationship: We stand by our work with a one-year warranty, and remain available for any questions or concerns.
