Sunroom Addition in Wyoming, Michigan
A bright and spacious four-season addition designed to extend the home's footprint for year-round comfort.
About the project
This beautiful four-season addition in Wyoming, MI transformed an unused deck area into a valuable, year-round living space. After building the new structure from the ground up, we focused on maximizing natural light with brand-new, operational windows, plus one large picture window for an uninterrupted view of their backyard. Additionally, we constructed a new low-maintenance staircase using durable composite decking and aluminum railing. The project concluded with detailed finishes, including matching exterior siding and interior trim, ensuring their new sunroom flawlessly integrates with the existing home's aesthetic.

Our Work in Action
- New Construction: We demoed the existing deck and built a new structure from the ground up, including the floor system, walls, and roof decking.
- Seamless Exterior Selections: Eight large operational windows and a picture window were installed, followed by matching siding, fascia, and soffit to seamlessly blend with the existing home.
- Finishing Touches: The final phase involved installing and painting the drywall, matching interior trim, laying the LVP flooring, and constructing a new low-maintenance composite staircase to grade.
